Refund Policy

14-Day Unconditional Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 14 days of any subscription payment — no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with ResumeOpen Premium for any reason, you are entitled to a complete refund of your most recent payment.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day window, contact either:

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled by Paddle and returned to your original payment method. You can expect the refund to appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
What Happens After a Refund
- Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan immediately upon refund.
- You will retain access to free-tier features, including one resume and select templates.
After the 14-Day Window
Refunds are not available after the 14-day window has passed for the current billing period. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page to prevent future charges. Your Premium access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Free Plan Users
If you are using ResumeOpen on the free plan, no refund is applicable as no payment has been made.
